- Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and normal energy metabolism. The mineral also supports the normal function of the nervous system. Iron plays a role in the normal formation of red blood cells and is also involved in normal energy metabolism. It contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body.
- Vitamins B2, B6, B12 and niacin contribute to the normal function of the nervous system. These nutrients also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. In addition, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 are involved in the normal formation of red blood cells.
- The grape extract contains the pure extract from the seeds and skins of the red grape "Vitis Vinifera" and is rich in secondary plant substances, the polyphenols. The dark colour of red wine grapes is due to the anthocyanins they contain.
