Directions for use

• Adults: Consume the contents of one sachet daily. Gradually place the granules directly on the tongue, allow to dissolve slowly and swallow. Please tear open the sachet in the direction of the arrow.
• Advice: Not suitable for children and adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Contains a source of phenylalanine. May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. From an amount of 3.5 mg zinc per day, the intake of other zinc-containing food supplements should be avoided. Biotin can have an effect on some medical laboratory tests, which can lead to falsified results. You should therefore inform your doctor that you are taking a preparation containing biotin if you are due to undergo laboratory tests so that he or she can take this into account.
