Application

• 4 weeks 1-2 times a week.
• In the evening, just before you go to bed, stick one plaster on the sole of your right foot and one on the sole of your left foot and leave the plasters to work overnight.
• Tear open the pack at the intended place and remove the protective paper from the detox plasters. You will achieve the best effect if you stick one plaster on the soles of each foot and leave it to work overnight. If you want to use the plasters during the day, you can also apply them to the palms of your hands. If you have muscle pain, you can also apply the plasters directly to the over-acidified or tired muscle. Stretch the plaster as you apply it to the skin to ensure optimum hold. After use, the plaster may have taken on a brown colour and be sticky.
