Capsule 1 contains carefully balanced vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Also contains: Omega-3 from highly purified sea fish oils. ² From sustainable fishing: "Friend of the Sea" certified sea fish oil. Compliance with catch quotas, low discard rate (8 %), no by-catch of endangered species.

Capsule 2 contains 1 mg spermidine from wheat germ extract, 400 mg taurine and 50 mg OPC from grape seed extract in combination with niacin, calcium, magnesium and vitamin D3 per daily portion. Also contains: Coenzyme Q10.

• Taurine is an organic compound that is present in various tissues of the body. It is found in higher concentrations in the muscles, brain, heart and eyes. Taurine is also found in foods such as fish, meat and seafood.
• Coenzyme Q10 belongs to the group of ubiquinones. The prefix "Ubi" means that this substance is found everywhere in the body. A significant proportion of Q10 is stored in the mitochondria of the cells. Coenzyme Q10 can be produced by the body as well as absorbed through food.
• Calcium is required for the maintenance of normal bones.
• The capsules also contain a high-quality grape seed extract. This provides 50 mg OPC. OPC stands for oligomeric proanthocyanidins. These secondary plant substances (flavonoids) are particularly strongly represented in grape seeds. There, the flavonoids protect the grape seed from pests.

How to use

• The daily portion consists of a total of 3 capsules. Take 1 red-brown capsule (capsule 1) and 2 yellow capsules (capsule 2) daily with sufficient liquid with a meal
• Note: Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. From a quantity of 3.5 mg zinc per day, the intake of other zinc-containing food supplements should be avoided.
