How to use
- Consume the contents of a drinking bottle together with a tablet once a day. Take the tablet with sufficient liquid, shake the drinking bottle well before consumption
- Advice: Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Not suitable for people with impaired kidney function. Do not take if you suffer from iron storage disease or iron utilisation disorders. If you take more than 3.5 mg of zinc per day, you should avoid taking other zinc-containing food supplements. Other food supplements or medicines containing vitamin A should not be taken without consulting a doctor. Biotin can have an effect on some medical laboratory tests, which can lead to falsified results. For this reason, please inform your doctor that you are taking a biotin-containing preparation for upcoming laboratory tests so that this can be taken into account.
