The high-dose food supplement Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 VEGAN LIQUID provides 2,400 mg omega-3 fatty acids with 655 mg EPA and 1,310 mg DHA from high-quality algae oil per 5 ml daily dose.
It also contains 25 µg (1000 I.U.) of vitamin D from plant sources. These ingredients are all purely plant-based and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 VEGAN LIQUID is for all those who prefer it liquid or cannot swallow capsules. With its fresh lemon flavour, it can be taken pure, but also in fruit juices or dairy products, e.g. yoghurt.

Directions for use
- Consume 5 ml (equivalent to approx. 1 teaspoon) daily. Can be taken pure, in fruit juices or dairy products, e.g. yoghurt.
- Advice: Keep out of the reach of small children. Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant women and nursing mothers. People taking blood-thinning medication should consult their doctor before use. Do not expose the closed bottle to direct sunlight. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 30 days. Omega-3 oil must not be heated.

- Ingredients: DHA- and EPA-rich oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., sunflower oil, flavouring, antioxidant extracts containing strong tocopherols, rosemary extract, fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid, cholecalciferol.
