- Ice wine grape (Wine): Ice wine (Wine) The frozen grapes for ice wine are known as "the secret of eternal youth" and are left on the vine until they are frozen through, harvested by hand and processed while still frozen. As a selected active complex, it sustainably increases the skin's elasticity and moisture content. The "firming agent" polyphenol, a real anti-ageing miracle, is extracted from the frozen grapes.
