• General malaise, tiredness and exhaustion are the first signs that our system is weakened and affected by an infection. The time from the onset of infection to the appearance of symptoms (incubation period) usually takes 36 to 72 hours.

When the immune system is more active, such as in the case of an acute respiratory infection, millions of new immune cells are produced, which also increases the need for vitamin C and zinc. Our immune system begins to defend itself against the infection, whereby recovery depends on the strength and speed of the immune response. Intensive support of the immune system is recommended during this period.

How to use

• Defendyl-Imunoglukan P4H® FORTE is suitable for short-term use when the body has an increased need (e.g. at the first symptoms). Take 1 capsule daily for the next 5 days, after which it is recommended to take Defendyl-Imunoglukan P4H® capsules.
• Do not chew, take the whole capsule with plenty of water. The capsule can also be opened and the powder taken with a spoon. It is best to wash down with a little liquid, e.g. fruit juice.
• It is recommended to take Defendyl-Imunoglukan P4H® FORTE on an empty stomach in the morning, half an hour before breakfast or before going to bed.
• Defendyl-Imunoglukan P4H® FORTE is suitable for adults and children aged 12 and over. Also suitable for diabetics and allergy sufferers. The capsules are of plant origin and therefore also suitable for vegans. They contain no allergens (milk protein, lactose, gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts, sesame, soya, nuts, celery, tarragon, crustaceans and molluscs).
• Defendyl-Imunoglukan P4H® FORTE capsules are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of reach of children! Store in a dark and dry place at a temperature below +25 °C.
