Coverflex® Fast – the seamless, permanently elastic tubular dressing made from viscose and elastane for the reliable securing of wound dressings, padding and protection. Breathable and gentle on the skin. 

Coverflex® Fast is a seamless, circular-knitted, permanently elastic tubular dressing consisting mainly of viscose.

Coverflex® Fast can be used as a secondary dressing to secure primary wound dressings. Under the supervision of healthcare professionals, it can be used as a moist dressing in dermatology, for the ‘fat-moist’ therapy during the acute phase of atopic eczema in combination with liquids, ointments and creams; as a dry dressing in dermatology during the chronic phase of atopic eczema to cover topically applied ointments, creams, powders, tinctures/lotions, pastes and as an underlay to prevent skin irritation prior to the application of compression, zinc paste, support or plaster casts, or when using adhesive bandages or cohesive dressings.

Application

Coverflex® fast is a non-sterile, permanently elastic tubular dressing suitable for securing primary wound dressings, as a moist or dry dressing in dermatology, and as a skin-protecting underlay, e.g. in compression therapy. Coverflex® fast provides a secure fit for securing wound dressings without causing constriction; it is gentle on the skin with minimal creasing for high wearing comfort and permanently elastic for a good fit during movement.
