Cosmopor® Advance wound dressing is a sterile self-adhesive wound dressing made of soft non-woven backing, equipped with a highly absorbent wound pad. The post-operative dressing for maximum absorption with minimal rewetting.

Cosmopor® Advance is equipped with the innovative DryBarrier® technology, which enables the wound exudate to be absorbed into the wound pad but not released again - even under pressure. This combination of high absorption capacity and minimal rewetting allows the post-operative dressing to remain on the wound for longer.

Self-adhesive wound dressing made of soft non-woven backing and central wound pad with DryBarrier® technology, the wound contact layer made of a fine-meshed polyethylene mesh prevents sticking to the wound, a transfer layer directs the exudate into the absorption layer and is permanently stored there to prevent rewetting, very good absorption capacity and high storage capacity, with additional cushioning effect, skin-friendly thanks to hypoallergenic, synthetic adhesive.

Application
