CentroVision® Retina + Q10 capsules are a dietary supplement with coenzyme Q10, vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids and plant extracts. Vitamin A and vitamin B2 contribute to the maintenance of normal vision.
Micronutrient combination with vitamins and minerals: Vitamin A and B2 contribute to the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamins B2, C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

The intake of the following nutrients contained in CentroVision® Retina + Q10 can support the metabolism, cell protection and the nervous system, and thus also the retina of the eye and the optic nerve:
- Vitamins are natural substances that humans cannot produce themselves, or only in insufficient concentrations; they are dependent on dietary intake. Vitamins A and B2 contribute to the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamins B1, B2, niacin, B6, B12 and C support the normal function of the nervous system, including the optic nerve. Vitamins B2 and C help to protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
- The mineral chromium is a component of the glucose tolerance factor and contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels.
- The omega-3 fatty acids DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) belong to the long-chain, polyunsaturated fatty acids, are essential substances for human nutrition and cannot be produced by the body itself. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision; this positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.
CentroVision® Retina + Q10 also contains the following nutrients:
- Coenzyme Q10 is an important component in all cells in the body. It is a vitamin-like substance. As a fat-soluble antioxidant, it scavenges free radicals. Coenzyme Q10 is formed in the body and is also absorbed with food.
- Anthocyanins are found in high concentrations in blueberries. Anthocyanins are plant pigments that protect plants from the UV radiation of sunlight by absorbing certain wavelengths.
- Oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC) also belong to the flavonoid group of substances. These are present in many types of fruit and vegetables, usually in or directly under the skin. CentroVision® Retina + Q10 contains an extract from the combination of grape skin and grape seed.
- Lutein and zeaxanthin belong to the carotenoid group and are found in high concentrations in green vegetables. These substances cannot be produced in the body, but can only be obtained from food. In humans, they are found in particularly high concentrations in the centre of the sharpest vision in the eye, the so-called "yellow spot" (also known as the macula), the colouring of which is caused by lutein and zeaxanthin. Lutein and zeaxanthin are able to absorb short-wave light from the blue region of the spectrum. Lutein and zeaxanthin are naturally found in the macula.

How to use
- Take 1 capsule daily in the morning and 1 capsule daily in the evening, preferably with a meal, with liquid.
- Advice: Not suitable for children and adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
