Canosan® chewable tablets for dogs are a feed supplement for the musculoskeletal system, specially developed to regulate, stabilise and regenerate the connective tissue structures of the joints.

Canosan® is a feed supplement specially developed to regulate, stabilise and regenerate the connective tissue structures of the joints. The valuable ingredient Gonex® contains active GLME (green-lipped mussel extract) and is rich in various glucosaminoglycans, polyunsaturated fatty acids and special glycogen complexes. These promote joint metabolism and benefit cartilage, tendons, ligaments and the joint capsules. For the prevention and supportive treatment of joint conditions, the handy Canosan® chewable tablet is particularly suitable as a starter pack for first-time users, as a travel companion and as an exclusive health snack for all dogs.

Usage

Canosan® is a dietary supplement for natural joint nutrition for puppies, young dogs, adult dogs and senior dogs. Canosan® supports the maintenance of healthy joint function and the metabolism of joints, cartilage, tendons and ligaments. It is recommended that you seek advice from a vet before use.

Method of use:

For puppies and young dogs: Canosan® promotes a balanced growth curve and the development of healthy joints. There is no risk of an excess of vitamins or minerals from Canosan®.
For adult dogs: Canosan® should be given primarily to active sporting and working dogs. It strengthens the cartilage’s function as a shock absorber, increases the load-bearing capacity of ligaments and tendons, and helps prevent sports injuries and signs of wear and tear.
For senior dogs: Older dogs are subject to increased wear and tear and a higher risk of osteoarthritis, as the rate of joint metabolism decreases whilst degenerative processes continue unabated. Canosan® helps to restore this balance.
For dogs with joint disorders: In the treatment of joint disorders, the supplementary administration of Canosan® has a positive effect on the affected joints.

Dosage:

Body weight up to 10 kg – 1/2 chewable tablet per day.
Body weight up to 20 kg – 1 chewable tablet per day.
Body weight up to 30 kg – 1.5 chewable tablets per day.
Body weight < 30 kg – 2 chewable tablets per day.

The appropriate amount of Canosan® chewable tablets can be given as a daily treat or mixed in with the pet’s normal food .

Ingredients

Composition: sorbitol, inactivated yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), dried green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus) 14%, lupin protein meal, disodium phosphate, sunflower oil.
Analytical constituents: Crude protein 18.3%, crude ash 10.2%, crude fat 2.7%, crude fibre 14.4%.
Additives: Emulsifier E463, diatomaceous earth E551, calcium stearate E470, colour E141.
Additional information: 1 Canosan® chewable tablet for dogs contains 280 mg of Gonex® derived from Perna canaliculus.
