Canina® CAPHA Animal Care Balm for pets and companion animals is a care product with camomile and sage - for dogs, cats, horses, birds and rodents.

CAPHA® ANIMAL CARE BALM with camomile blossom extract and sage leaves has a nourishing and therapeutic effect and is used, for example, on heavily stressed, flaky or thickened skin. It is also excellent for special care of the outer ear mucosa and internally to support the regeneration of irritated gums; it is safe to swallow. In birds, the application to the perches and beak/nostrils has proved effective.

CAPHA® TIER-PFLEGE-BALSAM was developed in co-operation with scientists and animal keepers. The most important ingredients are camomile blossom extract and sage leaf extract. Doctors and healers have valued the properties of these extracts since time immemorial. The selected combination is therefore particularly suitable for the care of stressed skin areas.

CAPHA® ANIMAL CARE BALM has been specially developed for the care and cleansing of heavily stressed areas of the skin, mucous membranes and coat of small and large animals and is economical to use. It is particularly suitable for the care of the skin after insect or tick bites, scratches and bites as well as pressure and chafing marks, which are often caused by collars, saddles or bridles. CAPHA® ANIMAL CARE BALM is just as effective at cleaning ear pinnae and heavily stressed areas of the tail, hoof and paws as it is at caring for paws affected by road salt after a winter walk.

How to use

• Unless otherwise recommended by your vet: 1 to 3 times a day.
• For the skin: Drip several drops onto the affected area and spread. Shave hairy areas beforehand. For birds, it is best to use cotton buds. Avoid contact with feathers and remove sandy or dusty bedding (rodents, birds).
• For the mucous membranes (e.g. gums): For small pets, cats and small dogs, apply 1-2 drops for larger dogs 3-6 drops using a cotton bud, lint-free cloth or clean fingertip and spread.
