Magnesium pidolate is the magnesium salt of pidolate acid. Among several magnesium salts, magnesium pidolate shows good absorption at the intracellular level. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, as well as to normal energy metabolism. It also has a function in cell division.
