Bios Vitamin E 15 mg capsules are a food supplement with vitamin E (tocopherol). Vitamin E helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamin E is one of the fat-soluble vitamins. The term vitamin E covers a group of substances known as tocopherols, which fulfil similar functions in the organism but differ from each other in their chemical structure and biological activity. Vitamin E has antioxidant properties, i.e. it catches free radicals. These are aggressive oxygen molecules that can be produced in the body by smoking, UV radiation, harmful substances (e.g. heavy metals) or alcohol consumption and damage the cells.

Vitamin E is said to have anti-inflammatory properties, support the immune system and influence blood clotting. Our capsules contain α-tocopherol acetate powder, which is made from high-quality soya oil.

Adults: Take 1 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.

• Ingredients: Filler: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); D-alpha-tocopherol acetate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids. Capsule shell: gelatine; colouring in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
• Composition per daily dose (1 capsule) %NRV*: 15 mg vitamin E (125 % NRV*) *NRV = per cent of the recommended daily intake.
