Bios Vitamin B-plus capsules are a dietary supplement with all eight B vitamins and also contain choline.
The vitamin B complex is made up of numerous hydrophilic (water-soluble) vitamins of the B group. All vitamins of group B serve as precursors for coenzymes. They are involved in many processes for the metabolisation of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. The B vitamins are therefore also known as the "engines of metabolism"

Adults: Take 1 capsule once a day with liquid.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Choline hydrogen tartrate, calcium pantothenate; riboflavin-5-sodium phosphate, thiamine HCl, pyridoxine HCl, nicotinamide, folic acid, biotin, methylcobalamin, capsule shell: cellulose.
- Composition per daily dose (1 capsule) %NRV*: 50 mg vitamin B1 (4545 % NRV*), 50 mg vitamin B2 (3571 % NRV*), 50 mg vitamin B3 (313 % NRV*), 100 mg vitamin B5 (1667 % NRV*), 50 mg vitamin B6 (3571 % NRV*), 25 µg vitamin B12 (1000 % NRV*), 50 µg biotin (100 % NRV*), 900 µg folic acid (450 % NRV*) and 51 mg choline. *NRV = per cent of the recommended daily intake.
