Bios Vitamin B-Complex Capsules are a dietary supplement containing vitamin B1 (thiamine), B6 (pyridoxine) and B12 (methylcobalamin). Supports concentration, metabolism and a strong immune system.

The three B vitamins B1 (thiamine), B6 (pyridoxine) and B12 (methylcobalamin) are combined as a "vitamin B complex" in our capsules and complement each other in their functions. The B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins and cannot be stored in the body. This means that they must be taken regularly with food. It is often difficult to eat a healthy diet every day due to the hectic pace of everyday life, in which case the B complex can provide support as a dietary supplement. Vitamin B-Complex Bios capsules contain the three vitamins B1, B6 and B12. Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers have an increased need for B vitamins. However, strenuous sports that put a strain on the muscles and a meat-free diet can also result in a deficiency of B vitamins.
