Bios Strawberry Capsules are a dietary supplement made from strawberry powder. Strawberries are rich in essential vitamins, antioxidants and fibre.
The strawberry belongs to the rose family (Rosaceae) and is characterised by its high vitamin C and mineral content. The fruit also contains potassium, aspartic acid, vitamins A and B, folic acid, carotenoids and dietary fibre. Adults: Take 3–4 capsules daily with meals, with a little liquid.
