Bios Salmon Oil 500 mg capsules contain 500 mg of clear, yellow fish oil and 10 mg of vitamin E. Salmon oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for human development and health. As they cannot be produced by the body, they are essential nutrients that must be taken in with food. Omega-3 fatty acids are initially found in algae, the food of fish. Sea fish such as mackerel, herring, wild salmon and tuna are enriched with these energy sources through this diet. Food supplements with omega-3 fatty acids can help to achieve the recommended intake levels. The oil used is obtained by a physical process from Atlantic salmon and enriched with oils from sardines, anchovies, herring and mackerel.
