Bios Quercetin capsules are a dietary supplement with high-quality ingredients made from onion powder and quercetin extract.

The onion belongs to the amaryllis family (Allioideae) and provides important ingredients for the body. These include sulphur-containing amino acids, essential oil, flavonoids (colouring agents) and vitamin C. Quercetin is a flavonoid with strong antioxidant properties and acts as a radical scavenger in the body, protecting the cells from oxidative stress. Onions and the plant substance quercetin are said to prevent age-related vascular changes and have an antibacterial, blood pressure-lowering and appetite-enhancing effect. Studies have also shown the importance of quercetin for prostate health. The onions used for the powder are dried after harvesting using a gentle process, which means that although a lot of water is lost, the valuable ingredients are retained and highly concentrated.
