Bios Q-10 Plus Capsules, 100 ST

Bios Q-10 Plus capsules are a valuable combination product containing rose root and ginseng root extracts, plant-based B vitamins and coenzyme Q-10.

The B vitamins are derived from the plant-based Panmol® vitamin B complex, which ensures a complete supply of vitamin B. Coenzyme Q-10 (= ubiquinone) is obtained through fermentation and is a key component in all of the body’s energy-producing processes. In the mitochondria – the powerhouses of our cells – energy is produced in the form of ATP. However, this only occurs efficiently if the mitochondria have sufficient levels of coenzyme Q-10. With age, during periods of prolonged stress and whilst taking lipid-lowering medication, the body’s ability to produce coenzyme Q-10 declines. 

The traditional herbs Rhodiola rosea and Panax ginseng are considered adaptogens and can be used to help with tiredness, weakness and exhaustion. When taken regularly, the valuable extracts from these roots help the body to adapt to physical and emotional stress, with positive effects on concentration, performance and reaction times. They lift one’s general mood and strengthen the body’s own defences.

Adults: Take 1 capsule once daily with liquid.

Ingredients

• Ingredients: Rhodiola rosea root extract, ginseng root extract (ginseng extract, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin), PanMol® B-complex; cellulose**; coenzyme Q10. **Capsule shell.
• Composition per daily dose (1 capsule) %NRV*: 100 mg Rhodiola root extract, 100 mg ginseng root extract, 100 mg PanMol® B-complex (equivalent to 0.055 mg vitamin B1, 0.07 mg vitamin B2, 0.8 mg vitamin B3, 0.3 mg vitamin B5, 0.07 mg vitamin B6, 2.5 µg biotin, 10 µg folic acid and 0.125 µg vitamin B12 (5% NRV* each) and 60 mg coenzyme Q-10. *NRV = Percentage of the recommended daily intake.
