Bios Q-10 30 mg capsules are a dietary supplement with coenzyme Q-10. Kaneka Q10™ is a particularly high-quality and bioavailable form of ubiquinone (ubiquinone).

Coenzyme Q-10 (= ubiquinone) is an important component for all energy processes and is required in every single one of our approximately 80 trillion cells in the body. In the mitochondria, the power stations of our cells, energy is produced in the form of ATP. However, this only happens adequately if the mitochondria have sufficient quantities of coenzyme Q-10.
