Bios Q-10 120 mg capsules are a dietary supplement with coenzyme Q-10 (ubiquinone).

Coenzyme Q-10 (= ubiquinone) is an important component for all energy processes and is required in every single one of our approximately 80 trillion cells in the body. In the mitochondria, the power stations of our cells, energy is produced in the form of ATP. However, this only happens adequately if the mitochondria have sufficient quantities of coenzyme Q-10. Higher concentrations are required above all in high-performance organs such as the heart, brain and muscles, as there is an increased need for material energy (ATP).
