Phosphatidylserine (PS for short) belongs to the group of phospholipids, which are natural building blocks for the brain, cell membranes and nerve cells. Phosphatidylserine plays an important role in cognitive processes. Phosphatidylserine is found in many foods in varying amounts. Beef and chicken, for example, are rich in PS. Small amounts are also found in dairy products. With the exception of white beans and soya, vegetables contain hardly any PS. The daily intake under normal dietary habits can therefore vary considerably. Bios PS-150 capsules contain 150 mg of phosphatidylserine.

Adults: Take 1 capsule 1–2 times daily with liquid.
