Bios OPC 150 mg capsules are a dietary supplement containing oligomeric proanthocyanidins from MegaNatural®-BP grape seed extract, vitamin C and carrot powder.

Oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC for short) are natural plant compounds that belong to the group of flavanols. The seeds and skins of the red grape (Vitis vinifera) in particular are considered to be rich sources of these secondary plant substances. The raw material OPC has extremely high antioxidant activity, neutralising highly reactive substances. Its antioxidant capacity is around 20 times stronger than that of vitamin C. In the eye, antioxidants protect it from premature ageing. OPC is involved in stabilising the collagen matrix, a substance found in the basal lamina and the lens of our eyes. OPC 150 mg Bios capsules are therefore suitable as an enriching care product for our eyes

• Composition per daily dose (1 capsule): Standardised grape seed extract (MegaNatural®-BP) corresponding to 150 mg OPC and 180 mg vitamin C (225 % NRV*) *NRV = percent of the recommended daily intake.
