Bios N-Acetyl-Glucosamine 450 mg capsules are a food supplement containing natural N-acetyl-glucosamine.

Bios N-Acetyl-Glucosamine 450 mg capsules contain natural N-acetyl-glucosamine in the form of the nutrient Hyalurogluco™. N-acetyl-glucosamine is the bioactive form of glucosamine and the direct precursor of hyaluronic acid. This substance has high bioavailability: Approximately 90 per cent of orally administered glucosamine is absorbed via the gastrointestinal tract. As a component of the skin, hyaluronic acid is responsible for water retention and pressure resistance, thereby influencing elasticity. Hyaluronic acid has a balancing effect on excessive keratinisation and hyperpigmentation of the skin, thereby contributing to natural beauty and a youthful appearance. Furthermore, N-acetyl-glucosamine is a component of the cartilage matrix in the joints, the intervertebral discs and the synovial fluid. 

Bios N-acetylglucosamine 450 mg capsules are particularly suitable for oral skincare for dry, flaky or rough skin. Hyalurogluco™ is derived from chitin found in prawns and shellfish. The purified raw material is free from tropomyosin, which is responsible for allergic reactions to shellfish. This product is therefore also suitable for people with allergies.
