Bios Maca capsules are a dietary supplement with maca powder, sensibly combined with B vitamins and zinc.
Maca Bios capsules contain maca root powder, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and zinc gluconate in a hard gelatine capsule. The parent plant of Maca is Lepidium meyenii walp. (Brassicaceae family). The plant is basically a distant relative of cress. Lepidium meyenii has been used as a vegetable plant for at least 2000 years. Bios Maca root powder is a high-quality powder from Peru. The powder is creamy white and has a typical odour.

Adults: Adults: Take 2 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.

- Ingredients: Maca root powder (74%), zinc gluconate (3%), pyridoxine (0.5%) riboflavin-5-sodium phosphate (0.4%), thiamine HCl (0.3%), methylcobalamin trituration (< 0.1%) (mannitol, methylcobalamin), capsule shell: gelatine, colouring in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
