Ornithine is a non-essential amino acid for which the body's own production is not always sufficient. The amino acid plays an important role in liver metabolism and supports the detoxification of the body. The essential amino acid tryptophan, on the other hand, is the starting material for the hormones serotonin and melatonin. While serotonin is responsible for inner peace, balance and feelings of happiness, melatonin can make it easier to fall asleep and relax. L-Ornithine / L-Tryptophan Bios Capsules contain the two amino acids in a 1:1 ratio. The raw materials are obtained by fermentation.

Adults: Take 2 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: L-ornithine HCl, L-tryptophan; bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!), capsule shell: gelatine; colours in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide, iron oxide, Ponceau 4 R, quinoline yellow, patent blue V (may impair activity and attention in children!).
