Bios L-Glutamine 500 mg capsules are a food supplement containing the amino acid L-glutamine. L-glutamine is the acid amide of the non-essential amino acid L-glutamic acid.

The non-essential amino acid L-glutamine is not only an indispensable building block for proteins, but also makes up the largest proportion of the so-called free amino acids in the body.
