Bios Iron Complex capsules are a dietary supplement with iron orotate, vitamin C, L-serine and folic acid.
Iron is one of the essential trace elements. It is mainly found in meat, fish, poultry, cereals and dairy products. This trace element plays an important role in the human metabolism because it is involved in a large number of reactions. For example, it is involved in the body's vital oxygen transport. A lack of iron can result in anaemia, tiredness, exhaustion and a reduced ability to concentrate. Our capsules contain a combination of iron orotate, vitamin C, L-serine and folic acid. Vitamin C and the amino acid L-serine significantly increase the bioavailability of the trace element. Folic acid additionally supports the metabolism.

Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with liquid between meals.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Iron orotate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; ascorbic acid; L-serine, folic acid; capsule shell: cellulose.
- Composition per 1 capsule: 150 mg ferrous orotate corresponding to 20 mg iron (142 % NRV*), 100 mg vitamin C (125 % NRV*), 60 mg L-serine and 0.4 mg folic acid (200 % NRV*). *NRV = per cent of the recommended daily intake
