Bios Iron Complex capsules are a food supplement containing iron orotate, vitamin C, L-serine and folic acid.
Iron is one of the essential trace elements. It
is found primarily in meat, fish, poultry, cereals and
dairy products. This trace element plays
a vital role in human metabolism,
as it is involved in a wide range of reactions. For
example, it plays a part in the body’s vital transport of oxygen.
A lack of iron can
lead to anaemia, tiredness, fatigue and
reduced concentration.
Our capsules contain a combination of iron orotate,
vitamin C, L-serine and folic acid. Vitamin C and
the amino acid L-serine significantly increase the bioavailability of the
trace element. Folic acid further supports
metabolism.

Directions for use
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day between meals,
taken with liquid.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: iron orotate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; ascorbic acid; L-serine, folic acid. Capsule shell: cellulose.
- Composition per 1 capsule: 150 mg iron orotate equivalent to 20 mg iron (142% NRV*), 100 mg vitamin C (125% NRV*), 60 mg L-serine and 0.4 mg folic acid (200% NRV*). *NRV = Percentage of the recommended daily intake
