Bios Iron Chelate 14mg + Vitamin C Capsules: Feel full of energy again! Our high-dose iron bisglycinate in combination with natural vitamin C optimally supports your iron balance.
Iron is one of the essential trace elements. It is mainly found in meat, fish, poultry, cereal and dairy products. This trace element plays an important role in the human metabolism because it is involved in a large number of reactions. For example, it is involved in the vital transport of oxygen in the body. A lack of iron can result in anaemia, tiredness, exhaustion and a reduced ability to concentrate. Our capsules contain the combination of Ferrochel®, an iron bisglycinate from Albion, and natural vitamin C from the acerola cherry. The vitamin C increases the bioavailability of iron and thus helps to compensate for a possible iron deficiency.

- Ingredients: Acerola extract; iron bisglycinate (Ferrochel®) (iron bisglycinate, citric acid, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide); capsule shell: cellulose.
- Composition per daily dose (1 capsule): 14 mg iron (100 % NRV*) and 60 mg vitamin C (75 % NRV*) *NRV = per cent of the recommended daily intake.
