Bios Iron 14 mg capsules are a dietary supplement containing the essential trace element iron.
Iron is one of the essential trace elements. It is mainly found in meat, fish, poultry, cereals and dairy products. This trace element plays an important role in the human metabolism. For example, it is involved in the vital transport of oxygen in the body. A lack of iron can result in anaemia, tiredness, exhaustion and a reduced ability to concentrate. Supplementation with iron is advisable for women of childbearing age, with heavy menstrual bleeding or during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with frequent blood donations and for older people.

Adults: Take 1 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Filler: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); iron-II-sulphate; capsule shell: gelatine; colouring in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
- Composition per daily dose (1 capsule): 1 capsule contains 14 mg iron and corresponds to 100 % NRV*. *NRV = per cent of the recommended daily intake.
