Bios Green Lipped Mussel Plus Capsules, 100 ST

Bios Green Lipped Mussel Plus Capsules are a dietary supplement with green-lipped mussel powder, L-glutamine and vitamin B6.

The green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus) is found in the waters around New Zealand and is characterised by its high content of glycosaminoglycans. These substances occur naturally in joint cartilage, synovial fluid and connective tissue. To produce the mussel powder, the shells are removed from the mussels and they are cleaned. The water is then removed in a particularly gentle drying process so that the biological activity is retained.

Green-lipped mussel Bios capsules contain the powder of this special mussel, which has such a beneficial effect on stressed joints. This preparation is also suitable as a dietary supplement for athletes and also contains glutamine and vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism

• Ingredients: Green-lipped mussel powder, L-glutamine; pyridoxine HCl; capsule shell: gelatine; colours in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide, quinoline yellow (may impair activity and attention in children!), indigotine I, iron oxide.
• Composition per daily dose (3 capsules) %NRV*: 700 mg green-lipped mussel powder, 549 mg L-glutamine and 1.8 mg vitamin B6 (128 % NRV*) *NRV = per cent of the recommended daily intake.
