Bios Ginkgo Biloba + Q10 capsules are a food supplement containing ginkgo biloba and coenzyme Q10.
Ginkgo belongs to the Ginkgoaceae family and is native to Asia. Extracts are obtained from the leaves, which have a positive effect on our bodies in various ways. The flavonoids contained in the extract are active compounds. The leaves also contain quercetin, ginkgolides and bilobalides. Coenzyme Q10 (= ubiquinone) is required in all living body cells for energy production.

Directions for use
- Adults: Take 1 capsule once daily with liquid.
- Notes: Not suitable for young children, pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers. An interaction with medicines that inhibit blood clotting cannot be ruled out. Very rarely, mild gastrointestinal discomfort or allergic reactions may occur after taking ginkgo.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); ginkgo leaf extract; coenzyme Q-10 (Kaneka Q10™), Capsule shell: cellulose; colouring agents in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide, chlorophyllin.
- Composition per daily dose (1 capsule): 100 mg ginkgo biloba extract and 30 mg coenzyme Q-10.
