Ginkgo belongs to the ginkgo family (Ginkgoaceae) and is native to Asia. Extracts are obtained from the leaves, which have a positive influence on our body in various ways. The flavonoids contained in the extract are active substances. The leaves also contain quercetin, ginkgolides and bilobalides. Coenzyme Q10 (= ubiquinone) is required in all living body cells for energy production

- Adults: Take 1 x 1 capsule daily with liquid
- Advice: Not suitable for small children, pregnant women and nursing mothers. An interaction with drugs that inhibit blood clotting cannot be ruled out. Taking ginkgo can very rarely lead to mild gastrointestinal complaints or allergic reactions.
