Bios Copper Chelate 1mg Capsules contain high-quality copper in chelated form, which can be absorbed particularly well by the body. Copper is an essential trace element that plays an important role in many bodily functions.

Copper, a trace element in the human body, is involved in various metabolic processes as an enzyme component. It is involved in the formation of red blood cells, the mobilisation of iron, energy production and the formation of connective tissue. It also protects cell membranes from free radicals. Copper contributes to the formation of the pigment melanin, which gives skin and hair colour. If too little copper is ingested, anaemia (anaemia) can occur, as well as pigmentation disorders of the skin and disorders of the nervous system and bone formation. This formulation contains copper in the form of a chelate. This allows it to enter the intestine undamaged and be absorbed into the cells via special transport systems in the wall of the small intestine

Directions

• Adults: Take 1 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.
• Advice: Do not take at the same time as vitamin C, iron and zinc. These nutrients can reduce copper absorption.
