Biolectra® Magnesium Direct Lemon Flavour 400 mg granules are used to prevent and treat magnesium deficiency. The granules contain magnesium hydrogen citrate and magnesium oxide for an effective intake.

Biolectra® Magnesium Direct Lemon Flavour is a mineral supplement and contains the active ingredient magnesium as magnesium hydrogen citrate and magnesium oxide.

Biolectra® Magnesium Direct Lemon Flavour is used for the prevention and treatment of magnesium deficiency in adults and adolescents aged 14 years and over.

A magnesium deficiency can occur

• with reduced magnesium intake, e.g. with an unbalanced diet, reduced food intake
• in situations with increased magnesium requirements such as stress, intense sweating and competitive sport.

Directions for use

• The recommended dose for adults and adolescents aged 14 years and over is one sachet once a day.
• Method of use: Oral use. Place the granules directly on the tongue without water and swallow. If necessary, you can drink more water after swallowing.
• Duration of use: The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the underlying magnesium deficiency and the underlying causes. Long-term high-dose magnesium intake should be discussed with a doctor and supervised.
