Recommended dosage

3 x 2 tablets daily with a large glass of water over a period of 20 days. You can support this cure even better if you use BioDrain for 6 weeks. Also make sure you drink enough water every day. Never drink less than 1 litre, preferably 1.5 to 2 litres per day. We recommend pure spring water.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Store out of the reach of small children! Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding! If you are taking prescription medication, consult your doctor before using BioDrain.

Free from salt, sugar, yeast, gluten, dairy products, soya, preservatives, colourings and flavourings of any kind. Also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Tips for a successful detox programme:

We recommend avoiding the consumption of sweets, alcohol, tobacco, red meat and fatty foods during the cure. Sufficient quantities of wholemeal products, fresh fruit and vegetables should be eaten. You should also drink at least 1.5 - 2 litres of water throughout the day.

How often should I use BioDrain?
- No two people are the same. Eating habits and metabolism are different. This is why diets and metabolic cures take different lengths of time for everyone. We recommend about two cures per year lasting 4 to 6 weeks.

Should I follow a special diet when taking BioDrain?
To support this cure, you should also pay attention to this:

- Avoid tobacco, alcohol, sweets, sugar, red meat and fatty foods. Eat plenty of wholemeal products, fresh fruit and vegetables. Make sure you get enough exercise to stimulate your circulation and breathing. You can support this cure even better if you use BioDrain over a period of up to 6 weeks.

What are the side effects?
If you have used BioDrain for 2 to 3 days and the body's natural elimination process has been stimulated, you may experience the following temporary symptoms, which usually only last a few days.

- Mild headaches: because your body is starting the elimination process. It is therefore very important that you drink plenty of water and relax. If the headache persists, you can reduce the dosage for a short time.

- Skin impurities: the skin is the body's largest excretory organ. This is why many people experience skin impurities at the beginning of a detox programme. Drinking a lot is important.
