Inulin + 6 bacterial strains* with at least 10 billion germs per 2g powder (= 1 daily portion) *Bifidobacterium animalis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus paracasei; Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus lactis to stimulate intestinal activity, stir into 1/8 l of water or favourite drink, only 1 scoop (2g) / day

- stir 1 level measuring spoon of Probiotic Darmflora powder (= 2 g) into approx. 1/8 litre of water once a day.
- After approx. 5 minutes activation time, please stir again and then drink.
- We recommend taking it in the morning before breakfast or in the evening just before going to bed. Contains 30 portions
- 1 portion (2 g) contains 0.16 BE.
