Relieves redness and itching caused by neurodermatitis/atopic eczema or skin dryness
Skin irritations caused by neurodermatitis or skin dryness have one thing in common: a damaged protective skin barrier. This protective skin barrier prevents the penetration of harmful substances and retains moisture in the body. If it is damaged, this protective function is lost. As a result, water can escape from the skin and irritants can penetrate the damaged skin more easily - this can dry out the skin and cause itching
Bepanthen® Sensiderm Anti-Itch Cream contains a special lipid lamella technology, which comprises lipids (including ceramides) with a skin-like, lamellar structure that can be incorporated into the skin barrier and rebuild, i.e. repair, the damaged skin's protective barrier. By repairing the skin's protective barrier, skin irritation is soothed, leading to relief from redness and itching
Panthenol moisturises the treated skin areas and creates optimal conditions for the skin's natural regeneration

Bepanthen® Sensiderm Anti-Itch Cream is suitable for use on reddened, itchy areas of skin on the face, in the bends of the knees and elbows, on the chest or all over the body.
The itching that can often occur with neurodermatitis, for example, triggers an urge to scratch - which further damages the skin. Bepanthen® Sensiderm Anti-Itch Cream was developed to break this "vicious circle".

How to use
- Bepanthen® Sensiderm Anti-Itch Cream is a light cream to repair the skin's protective barrier. Symptoms such as redness and itching are alleviated, the feeling of having to scratch is reduced and the regeneration of the affected skin is supported.
- Application: Apply Bepanthen® Sensiderm Anti-Itch Cream to the reddened, itchy areas of skin. You can also use Bepanthen® Sensiderm Anti-Itch Cream over a longer period of time.
- Bepanthen® Sensiderm Anti-Itch Cream is suitable for adults, children and infants (from 1 month) and can also be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. When using during breastfeeding, it is important to wipe off any cream residue before the next breastfeeding session.
- The cream can be used as a basic therapy for mild forms of neurodermatitis.
- Bepanthen® Sensiderm Anti-Itch Cream is also suitable as a supplement to a prescription ointment during therapy to repair the skin's protective barrier. It is also recommended at the end of therapy with a prescription ointment to stabilise and strengthen the skin barrier.
