Directions

• Adults: Stir ½ teaspoon (= 1 g) into a glass of water (250 ml) 2-3 times a day and drink immediately with meals. The maximum duration of intake is 12 weeks. If repeated use is necessary, take a break of at least one week.
• Notes: Bentonite is a fine, water-insoluble powder that can be mixed in water to form a suspension. To achieve a lump-free consistency, it is advisable to use a whisk or whisk, as when preparing a roux. First add water to the container, sprinkle in the bentonite powder and mix everything thoroughly.
