- In the 1930s, the Englishman Edward Bach identified 38 fundamental emotional states and developed corresponding flower essences. These are known as the Original Bach® Flower Remedies. To produce them, he used the flowers of wild plants and trees, as well as spring water. The original Bach® flowers can help us to cope with the emotional challenges of everyday life. You can use the original Bach® flowers individually or put together a Bach® flower blend tailored to your specific emotional situation.
- Even today, most of the original Bach® flowers and plants are still gathered from their original locations in the garden of the Bach Centre. The production of the original Bach® flower products continues to strictly follow Edward Bach’s original instructions to this day.

- Recommended intake: Add2 drops to a glass of water and drink in sips, or add 2 drops to a 30 ml bottle of still mineral water and take 4 drops several times a day.
