Accelerated healing process with BACTIGUARD® Hydrocyn Aqua
With BACTIGUARD® Hydrocyn Aqua, BACTIGUARD® is setting new standards in the field of wound care. As a wound cleanser, it is not only gentle on tissue and effective against a broad spectrum of microbes. It also harnesses the body’s immune system to ensure faster wound healing. The germ-reducing and wound-healing properties of BACTIGUARD® Hydrocyn Aqua are based on the osmotic properties of hypochlorous acid (HOCL).
How BACTIGUARD® Hydrocyn Aqua works:
- Killing of bacteria, viruses and fungi through hydrolysis
- Killing of microbes through osmotic shock
- Reduction of the biofilm formed by microbes in the wound
- Positive effect on the migration offibroblasts and keratinocytes, which contributes directly to wound closure and healing
