How to use

• Apply 1 spray directly into the mouth daily to dose 1000 I.U. vitamin D3. For a daily requirement of 2000 I.U. vitamin D3, give 2 sprays directly into the mouth.
• Shake well before each use. Pump a few times before first use until an even spray mist is formed. Close the cap after use. Rinse the nozzle if clogged.
