Avitale Glucosamine/Chondroitin Capsules are a food supplement containing 500 mg glucosamine sulphate, 400 mg chondroitin sulphate and vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal joint cartilage and bone function.

The body's ability to move is ensured, among other things, by functioning, intact joint cartilage. However, this is also the weakest link in the chain of the musculoskeletal system and can easily be overloaded with age, overweight or after overuse, e.g. through sport. Vitamin C is one of the most important vitamins for supporting the immune system, is also considered an antioxidant and supports normal collagen formation for normal joint cartilage function. Selenium helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.

In addition, the stable function of the musculoskeletal system can be promoted by a combination of a healthy diet and a moderate exercise programme.

• Adults: Take 1 capsule daily before a meal with a glass of water.
• Advice: Patients taking coumarin anticoagulants, diabetics and people with impaired glucose tolerance should consult their doctor before taking these products.
• Allergens: Contains components of crustaceans and shellfish.
