"Root of life"

• This is the name given to Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng), probably the best-known plant in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
• Ginseng is mainly native to East Asia. It has a very long tradition as a medicinal plant - also in Korea and Japan
• Ginseng root contains a high concentration of secondary plant substances (saponins), known as ginsenosides, which are valued for their adaptogenic, immunomodulating and antioxidant properties.
• These ginsenosides are unique to ginseng.
• Panax ginseng, the true ginseng, has the highest concentration and therefore the greatest effect. Other names for true ginseng include Korean or Asian ginseng.

The types of ginseng used:

Panax ginseng (Asian ginseng): Contains ginsenosides, traditionally used in TCM.

• Panax quinquefolius (American ginseng): American ginseng also contains ginsenosides, but in different proportions. It is also highly valued in traditional medicine.
• Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian ginseng): Contains eleutherosides, which differ from the ginsenosides of the Panax species. It is also used in traditional medicine.
• Fermented red ginseng: This refining process gives the ginseng root a deep red colour.

The role of the B vitamins (B2, B6, B12)

B vitamins are essential for numerous bodily functions and play an important role in energy metabolism:

• Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): Contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism.
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine): Supports the normal function of the nervous system and the regulation of hormonal activity.

• Take one capsule daily with a little liquid.

Ingredients

• Ingredients: American ginseng extract (30.8 %), fermented red Korean ginseng extract (30.8 %), capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Siberian ginseng extract (15.4 %), rice starch, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (0.07 %), riboflavin (0.05 %), cyanocobalamin (0.00009 %).
• Composition per daily dose (1 capsule): Fermented red Korean ginseng extract 200 mg of which ginsenosides 2.6 mg, American ginseng extract 200 mg of which ginsenosides 20 mg, Siberian ginseng extract 100 mg of which eleutherosides 0.8 mg, vitamin B2 0.28 mg (20)*, vitamin B6 0.28 mg (20)*, vitamin B12 0.5 µg (20)* * % NRV = Nutrient Reference Value - reference value according to LMIV.
