- Shortened sleep time: the first layer is fast-releasing and contains 1 mg of melatonin to shorten sleep time* as well as piperine (from black pepper), vitamin D and vitamin B6 for a synergistic effect. Vitamin B6 contributes to the support of the nervous system and psyche.
- Sleep-inducing: The second layer is released during the night and contains Griffonia (5-HTP), a precursor of serotonin, from which melatonin is produced in the body. It also contains passionflower and California poppy for better sleep quality.
- Restorative: The third layer is released with a delay, valerian and lemon balm promote relaxation, support a regenerative sleep and contribute to a refreshed awakening.
