How to use

Internal use: Drinking cure - mix 6 g of healing clay (equivalent to 1 teaspoon) with 250 ml of water per day and drink, drinking cure for max. 21 days.

External use: Mix equal amounts of clay with water and apply to the skin, leave to work and then rinse off with water.

• For your hair: Pick up some clay with a cosmetic brush and apply to the crown and roots - blow-dry your hair if necessary and you're done!
• For your skin: Mix 1-2 spoons of healing clay with 1-2 spoons of water to make a creamy mixture, apply it with a brush and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water, apply toner and moisturise. For naturally fresh and nourished skin!
