- This is made possible by the innovative ‘TDR’ (‘Time-Delayed-Release’) formulation and the tablet’s enteric coating.
Dosage form
Directions for use
- Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening (= 2 per day in total) with sufficient liquid. Ideally, at least 30 minutes before a meal.
- *Notes: The time-delayed-release formulation of Acurmin® DEPOT ensures a controlled, delayed release of the active ingredients. However, in isolated cases of diarrhoea or accelerated intestinal transit for other reasons, this may result in incomplete dissolution and the consequent excretion of the tablet. Furthermore, taking psyllium husks or other gel-forming foods at the same time can interfere with the tablet’s contact with the digestive environment and thus hinder its dissolution; for this reason, a time interval of at least 120 minutes is recommended.
