Directions for use
- Take 1 Magnesium 400 tablet daily with plenty of liquid (e.g. ½ glass of water).
- Notes: Magnesium supplements may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals. People with impaired kidney function should consult their doctor before taking this product.
